Approach
Clinical Grounding, Contemplative Practice.
Dr. Leonard didn’t start as a coach; she started as a clinician. Her clinical psychology training, including deep expertise in ADHD and executive functioning, shaped her understanding of why focus, follow-through, and steadiness under pressure break down.
Her coaching is also shaped by contemplative practice: a belief that real change comes from developing a clearer, calmer relationship with your own mind. Victoria works from the premise that leaders already have real capacity and wisdom available to them — the work is helping them find it, especially in moments when pressure narrows their view of what’s possible.
Before coaching, Victoria’s background in global health took her into cross-cultural settings around the world, where she learned there’s no single template for how people organize their lives, lead their teams, or define success. That shows up in her coaching today as genuine curiosity about your specific context, rather than a fixed method applied the same way to everyone.
What this means for you:
Executive Leadership Coaching and Executive Functioning Coaching informed by real clinical expertise, held with warmth
Confidential space to slow down and understand your own patterns, not just manage their symptoms
An approach that meets your particular professional, cultural, and cognitive context, not a one-size-fits-all
What sets Victoria’s coaching apart isn’t just strategy—it’s the intention behind it. She works with ambitious people navigating career growth, transition, and the pressures of leadership, including parents rethinking what a sustainable career looks like while raising a family.
Meet Dr. Leonard
Dr. Victoria Leonard, PsyD, is a clinical psychologist, executive functioning expert, and parent. She supports ambitious people around the world. Her clinical training includes in-depth work in neuropsychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, giving her a precise, evidence-based understanding of how attention, planning, and follow-through actually work, and where they break down.
Dr. Leonard’s background spans global health, political science, and psychooncology, experience that shaped a deep appreciation for how much cognitive and emotional load people carry, often invisibly, while still being expected to perform. Steeped in Silicon Valley's high-intensity culture of ambition and innovation, she brings firsthand fluency in that world to clients worldwide, working with executives, clinicians, lawyers, career changers, and ambitious parents who are exceptional at what they do, but missing the systems to sustain their work along with their health.
Dr. Leonard blends clinical rigor with mindfulness-based practice, helping clients build real, lasting capacity rather than quick fixes. The result: professionals who don't just get through the day, but build their life of meaning, and actually have the time to enjoy it.
